Vice President, Treasury Sales

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Vice President for their Treasury Sales Department based in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll do:

As the Vice President, Treasury Sales, you will play a pivotal role in managing treasury product knowledge such as FX, Money Market products, Interest rate swaps, and Cross-currency Swap deals.

• Prepare presentation materials for Foreign Exchange (FX), Rates, and solutions for front-office Relationship Managers to pitch to clients.
• Analyse customer volume and profit patterns to develop effective strategies for maximizing profit.
• Train and guide junior dealers and colleagues from other departments.
• Promote treasury product offerings to both internal and external clients.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance process and task efficiency including handling special projects and tasks.

To succeed in this role, candidates are preferred to possess experience in treasury products sales within banking industry.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Vice President, Treasury Sales position brings a wealth of experience in Financial Services or Treasury management.

• Minimum 15 years of work experience in Financial Services or the Treasury management field.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc).
• Proven experience developing rapport with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing skills; able to clearly communicate and influence clients over the phone/virtually and in-person.
• PPKM Certificate holder is preferred.
