About the Internal Auditor Role:

This is a great opportunity for the Group Internal Auditor to take the lead in redeveloping group systems and processes. Your main responsibility is to assess, evaluate and review the operational compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, accountability of stocks and other areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Objectively review the Group’s business (farming, production and Trading) process
• Assess, evaluate and review the operational compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, accountability of stocks and other areas
• Evaluate the efficacy of risk management procedures that are correctly in place.
• Update of process flowcharts, Standard Operating Procedures and changes in company policies and procedures
• Validate audit findings with process owner and prepare clear and concise reporting of audit findings and recommendations

To succeed in this Internal Auditor role, you should have strong interpersonal skills.

Key Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other equivalent certification with three to five years' internal audit experience preferably in manufacturing industries
• Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels of staff
• Strong command of English
• Willing to travel within Malaysia
• Highly motivated individual with positive attitude to work
