This role offers the opportunity to oversee and manage direct, indrect tax and transfer pricing affairs for a dynamic group and its subsidiaries. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of provisional tax computations, offering expert advice on various types of taxes, and managing tax and transfer pricing audits. This role requires a deep understanding of Global Minimum Tax requirements and the ability to stay up-to-date with any changes or updates to the regulations. The Tax Manager will also collaborate and liaise with third-party professionals, such as solicitors, accountants, tax advisors, and independent financial advisors. * Oversee and manage tax and transfer pricing affairs for a dynamic group and its subsidiaries * Offer expert advice on various types of taxes * Ensure compliance with Global Minimum Tax requirements

As a Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the tax affairs of a dynamic group. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed reviews of provisional tax computations for quarterly group reporting, offering expert advice on various types of taxes including direct, indirect, and withholding tax. You will also be tasked with managing tax audits while ensuring all necessary documentation is provided. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding the Group's subsidiaries on matters related to tax and transfer pricing. Staying abreast with changes in Global Minimum Tax requirements will be part of your remit. Collaborating with third-party professionals will also be key in this role.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of provisional tax computations for quarterly group reporting and tax estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Offer expert advice on various types of taxes, including direct, indirect, and withholding tax, while ensuring adherence to applicable tax regulations
  • Manage tax and transfer pricing audits, ensuring that the necessary documentation and support are provided throughout the process
  • Provide oversight and guidance on tax and transfer pricing matters for both the Group and its subsidiaries
  • Stay up-to-date with any changes or updates to Global Minimum Tax requirements
  • Collaborate and liaise with third-party professionals, such as solicitors, accountants, tax advisors, and independent financial advisors
  • Oversee the tax and transfer pricing affairs of the Group and its subsidiaries
  • Review and verify the preparation of proper transfer pricing documentation, including local file and master file, to ensure compliance with regulations
