What you'll do:
As a Finance Systems and Process Improvement Specialist, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our client's financial systems. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments to resolve system issues and implement necessary upgrades. Your analytical skills will be put to good use as you identify inefficiencies in current finance processes and develop optimized workflows. You will also play a key role in ensuring that all finance-related SOPs are up-to-date and compliant with industry best practices. Furthermore, you will monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on finance processes. Your expertise in SAP, Salesforce, DMS, and Autoline will be invaluable as you serve as the subject matter expert within the finance team.
- Oversee and maintain the integrity of financial systems such as SAP, Salesforce, DMS, and Autoline.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve system issues and implement upgrades.
- Analyse current finance processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement optimized workflows to enhance process efficiency.
- Ensure that all finance-related SOPs are up-to-date and in line with industry best practices.
- Monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on finance processes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP, Salesforce, DMS, and Autoline within the finance team.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of financial systems and processes with business objectives.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Finance Systems and Process Improvement Specialist role will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred. Your extensive experience with SAP, Salesforce, DMS, and Autoline will be crucial in this role. A strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and financial reporting requirements is essential. Proven experience in process improvement and project management within a finance environment will set you apart. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities is key. Experience with other financial systems or ERP platforms, familiarity with automation tools and techniques, and experience in a multinational company or complex business environment will be advantageous.
