What you'll do:As a Finance BI Senior Analyst in Kuala Lumpur, you will create impactful dashboards and reports to guide key business decisions. Collaborating with various departments, you'll gather requirements, analyse data for trends, automate reporting processes, and establish KPIs to align organisational goals. • Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and visualisations in Tableau and Power BI to deliver insights into Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Service Management performance.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and service teams to identify reporting needs and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that enhance financial and operational performance.
• Develop, automate, and optimise financial reports with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and relevance for stakeholders across the organisation.
• Establish KPIs and metrics for major financial processes while providing updates on deviations or emerging opportunities.
• Document reporting processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability within the analytics function.
• Train colleagues on dashboard usage and support their understanding of insights derived from complex reports.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI with hands-on experience creating complex dashboards and detailed reports for senior stakeholders.
