Global Process Owner, R2R * Take ownership of global R2R processes, ensuring harmonisation and standardisation across all regions and business units while collaborating with cross-functional teams

What you'll do:

• Act as the global point of contact for specific sub-process areas within Record to Report, offering expert guidance and leadership for related initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end process governance by establishing and maintaining global standards that ensure consistency and sustainability across all implemented processes.
• Lead and monitor process transformation projects aimed at standardising, simplifying, and innovating technology within the R2R function.
• Work collectively with global and regional teams in a matrix environment, nurturing strong relationships with business partners across various functions.
• Collaborate with technology team to align on global standards and support seamless technology deployments that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for harmonised global processes to facilitate adoption and ongoing improvement.
• Conduct timely root cause analysis to identify problem drivers and implement corrective actions or changes as needed.
• Establish key metrics to monitor effectiveness of continuous improvement efforts and identify further opportunities for optimisation.

What you bring:

• More than ten years of finance and accounting experience within the GBS/ SSC industry, demonstrating deep familiarity with large-scale operations.
• Proven track record executing process transformation initiatives or delivering enterprise systems that enhance organisational efficiency.
• In-depth understanding of SAP or other major ERP systems capabilities, enabling effective integration and deployment of technology solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to comprehend complex processes while summarising key insights for stakeholders.
• Strong quantitative skills paired with analytical reasoning abilities that support data-driven decision making.
• Extensive program and project management experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a global context.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams across multiple levels of the organisation, fostering trust and cooperation.
• High degree of organisational skill coupled with time management proficiency to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaborative problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
