What You'll Do:

As an Order to Cash Specialist – Korean Speaker based in Kuala Lumpur, you will take on a key role in managing the full order management lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with policies and standards while supporting critical functions such as credits processing, claims resolution, rebates administration, returns handling, and product delivery coordination. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality services and maintain seamless operations.

  • Deliver end-to-end order management services, adhering to service levels, controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, internal controls, SOX requirements, and timely execution of order management processes.
  • Handle credits, claims, rebates, returns management, and coordinate timely product deliveries to customers.
  • Manage communication channels efficiently by documenting interactions accurately and responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Assist with audits by providing documentation and supporting audit processes as required.
  • Drive process improvements by implementing best practices and applying project management principles across functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, outsourcing partners, auditors, and market-facing contacts to resolve escalated issues within agreed timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and actively contribute to process change initiatives through continuous improvement efforts.

What You Bring:

To succeed as an Order to Cash Specialist – Korean Speaker, you should have a strong academic foundation and relevant experience in multinational environments. Your fluency in both Korean and English enables effective communication across cultures, while your ability to handle complex queries and sensitive information demonstrates professionalism and discretion. Familiarity with SAP systems equips you to manage operational processes efficiently, and your attention to detail ensures compliance with audit and reporting standards. With a collaborative mindset and analytical approach, you thrive in dynamic settings, contributing to process improvements and delivering exceptional service.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles within multinational organisations is preferred.
  • Fluency in Korean and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential for stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience managing Asia-Pacific operations with direct interaction with external stakeholders is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in SAP S4 Hana for order processing or operational coordination is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end order management processes, including issue resolution and documentation handling, is expected.
  • Previous involvement in audit processes (internal or external) is beneficial for compliance support.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with advanced proficiency in MS Office applications are necessary for daily tasks.
