What you'll do:

  • Ensure all sales order transactions are processed accurately and promptly, covering contract creation and validation as well as customer order management.
  • Manage product shipment invoicing by preparing supporting documents and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to guarantee timely billing.
  • Oversee service contract billing activities, including monitoring renewals, rate changes, and amortisation
  • Handle other ad hoc billing and invoicing tasks as required by business needs or directed by supervisors.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to address inquiries, resolve disputes, and provide solutions related to invoicing issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing AR processes and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with month-end close activities relating specifically to billing functions within the department

What you bring:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable roles within a shared services centre or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate while also being organised and dependable when collaborating with others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required for effective interaction across teams.
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory for communicating with counterparts
  • Capacity to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality of output..
  • Enthusiasm for participating in process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
