What you'll do:

As a Procure to Pay Senior Analyst in Petaling Jaya, you will drive operational excellence in global finance by monitoring PTP metrics, collaborating with teams across regions, and ensuring seamless service delivery. You will identify automation opportunities, enhance processes, and support finance transformation projects while shaping best practices for accuracy and compliance. Success requires technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Oversee PTP performance across multiple countries, ensuring processes meet guidelines and KPIs.
• Identify workflow improvements to exceed KPI targets and enhance efficiency.
• Communicate progress and findings to the Team Lead and internal stakeholders.
• Leverage systems and tools to deliver data-driven insights for business results.
• Manage multiple projects aligned with organisational goals and timelines.
• Provide accurate data analysis to support decision-making across functions.
• Apply sound judgement in recommendations and issue resolution based on thorough analysis.
• Ensure timely project completion within budget using effective management techniques.

What you bring:

To succeed as a PTP Senior Analyst, you need experience managing complex finance operations across multiple regions, proficiency with ERP platforms like SAP or Coupa, and strong process documentation skills. Your analytical abilities should enable accurate data interpretation and effective communication with diverse audiences. Fluency in English is essential, along with collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a recognised accounting qualification. • Experience in PTP operations, ideally in multi-country shared services or global business services.
• Proficiency in ERP systems like Oracle or SAP for managing complex transactions.
• Skilled in process modelling and documentation to improve workflows.
• Strong analytical abilities with effective communication across organisational levels.
• Excellent written and spoken English for stakeholder engagement.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and reporting.
• Exposure to process migration or improvement initiatives is a plus.
• Ability to build professional relationships with diverse stakeholders based on trust and respect.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in knowledge-sharing environments.
• CPA qualification or equivalent, with advanced skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
