What You'll Do:
As a Controlling Specialist, you will:
- Manage month-end closing, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls.
- Partner with business units to drive cash generation strategies and deliver insightful financial analysis.
- Ensure balance sheet accuracy, corporate governance standards, and effective financial reporting controls.
- Collaborate with Marketing Company teams and Global Finance Services (GFS) to provide financial support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardisation, and efficiency enhancements.
What You Bring:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent, with 5–7 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or taxation roles within large organisations.
- Proficiency in SAP systems and strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in change management initiatives and working effectively within multicultural global teams.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation.
