What You'll Do:
As a Controlling Specialist, you will:

• Manage month-end closing, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls.
• Partner with business units to drive cash generation strategies and deliver insightful financial analysis.
• Ensure balance sheet accuracy, corporate governance standards, and effective financial reporting controls.
• Collaborate with Marketing Company teams and Global Finance Services (GFS) to provide financial support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardisation, and efficiency enhancements.

What You Bring:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent, with 5–7 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or taxation roles within large organisations.
• Proficiency in SAP systems and strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in change management initiatives and working effectively within multicultural global teams.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation.
