What You'll Do:

As the Accounts Receivable Team Lead in Cyberjaya, you will oversee contract lifecycles, ensure billing accuracy, and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders. Using your expertise in ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, you’ll drive data integrity and operational efficiency. • Manage rental and non-rental contracts throughout their lifecycle, including setup, invoicing, adjustments, and closure.
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining ERP workflows (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and reviewing processes for compliance.
• Perform accurate billing activities, resolve invoicing queries, and support audits as needed.
• Conduct team meetings to monitor workload, track deliverables, and identify process improvements.
• Coach and mentor team members through training, performance evaluations, and fostering growth.
• Act as the first point of contact for contract or billing issues and provide ERP system support.
• Provide backup coverage during absences and participate in cross-functional rotations to ensure continuity.
