What you'll do:
As a Project Management Specialist in Petaling Jaya, you will drive deployment projects within the business process outsourcing roadmap. Your role includes gathering information for analysis, documenting processes, engaging users for buy-in, coordinating testing, and supporting knowledge transfer through training materials. You will also collect performance data and help implement support models post-project completion, contributing to project success while enhancing your expertise in a collaborative environment.

What you bring:
