As Credit Collection Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate collection activities while supporting your team through coaching, training, and open communication. You’ll promote best practices, ensure policy compliance, balance workloads, resolve conflicts, conduct performance reviews, set goals, and assist with recruitment. This role requires technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and growth-focused team culture.

• Supervise and mentor Credit Controllers through structured training, guidance, and regular feedback to ensure strong performance and career growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation of credit procedures while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing hands-on support and sharing expertise in credit management processes.
• Monitor deadlines to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and identify training needs to support continuous team development.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment focused on teamwork, mutual respect, and high levels of customer service.
• Support recruitment efforts by assisting with candidate selection, onboarding, and training new team members for seamless integration.

• Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and people management skills to mentor staff and foster growth.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and experience managing wire transfers and electronic fund transfers securely.
• Diplomatic problem-solving, adaptability to change, and a passion for process improvement to enhance workflows and business outcomes.
