Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Business Partner for their APAC division. What you'll do:

As a Finance Business Partner (APAC), your role will be pivotal in driving the business towards its long-term objectives. You will have an in-depth understanding of key business drivers and their impact on divisional performance. Your responsibilities will include ownership of rolling forecasts, preparation of insightful analysis and business cases, and support on transformation projects from conception to operational tracking. You will also act as a trusted advisor to the divisional leadership team, providing challenge where necessary.

• Have an in-depth knowledge of the key business drivers and how these translate into divisional performance.
• Ownership of rolling forecast for the division, identifying risks and opportunities with suggested actions.
• Work closely with functional finance business partners to drive appropriate divisional vs functional tension in our matrix structure.
• Preparation of analysis, business cases, scenario planning and strategic insight to enable better decision making.
• Support on transformation projects from end to end – taking from concept, to financial modelling, operational tracking.
• Act as a sounding board and provide challenge to the divisional leadership team.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner (APAC) role is an experienced professional with accredited financial qualifications such as ACCA/MBA. You are results-oriented with a strong desire to drive strategic outcomes. Your highly numerate nature allows you to draw meaningful conclusions from financial analysis. With good presence and influencing skills, you have experience working with senior management. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to form and leverage relationships effectively. You are adaptable, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced organization. Your excellent communication skills allow you to challenge effectively and your strong excel or financial modelling skills set you apart.

• Experienced individual with accredited financial qualifications (for example ACCA/MBA).
