Senior Treasury Analyst

What you'll do:

As a Treasury Senior Analyst, your primary role will be to drive key treasury initiatives that optimise cash flow and enhance financial risk management. You will be responsible for overseeing daily cash flow management, executing treasury transactions, managing banking relationships, leading cash forecasting initiatives, analysing treasury performance, identifying process improvements, and supporting audits. Your ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial in achieving the company's financial objectives.

• Oversee daily cash flow management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for business operations.
• Execute and optimise treasury transactions, including payments, fund transfers, and FX hedging.
• Manage banking relationships and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Lead cash forecasting and working capital optimisation initiatives.
• Analyse treasury performance and provide insights to support strategic financial decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance treasury efficiency and mitigate financial risks.
• Support audits, compliance reporting, and risk assessments related to treasury activities.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Treasury Senior Analyst position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. You should have proven experience in treasury, cash management or corporate finance. A strong understanding of liquidity management, FX transactions and financial instruments is essential. Proficiency in using treasury management systems and financial analysis tools is also required. Your excellent stakeholder management skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with various parties to achieve the company's financial objectives. Your problem-solving skills will be invaluable in identifying process improvements to enhance treasury efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven 5 years experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, FX transactions, and financial instruments.
