What you'll do:
As a Cluster Lead in the RTR department, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance function. You will be tasked with reviewing ledger entries, analyzing expenses, preparing balance sheets, and distributing financial reports. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you plan, manage, and control service delivery, while also collaborating with various functions to ensure process compliance. A key part of your role will involve handling escalations and critical concerns raised by the business. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of future process experts.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded properly and in accordance with international standards.
- Review general or nominal ledger entries regularly.
- Analyze and compare month on month expenses.
- Prepare schedules to support balance sheet accounts.
- Ensure preparation and distribution of required financial and accounting reports.
- Plan, manage and control cost-effective delivery of services.
- Manage supervisory and quality review as per global SOPs.
- Collaborate with all functions to ensure process compliance.
- Take ownership of escalation or handle critical concerns raised by the business.
- Support the development of future process experts.

- Degree Holder or equivalent by experience.
- At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in a SSC environment.
- Passion for leading and developing skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong process knowledge.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to plan, organize and drive change.
- Computer skills: fluent in working with SAP, MS-office and database end-user tools.
