What you'll do:
As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our client's Shared Services Center. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing accounts receivable transactions, handling customer collections, communicating with Spanish-speaking clients, assisting in cash application, supporting month-end closing activities, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining AR records, and ensuring compliance. - Process and monitor accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer collections and follow up on outstanding invoices.

- Support month-end closing activities by ensuring all AR transactions are recorded.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Accounts Receivable Associate position brings a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; any prior internship or experience in finance would be advantageous. Proficiency in Spanish is essential for this role as you will be interacting with Spanish-speaking clients. Strong analytical skills coupled with good communication abilities will enable you to excel in this role.
