Our client is seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate – Spanish Speaker to join their Shared Services Center (SSC). This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic about starting their finance career in a dynamic, global environment. What you'll do:

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our client's Shared Services Center. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing accounts receivable transactions, handling customer collections, communicating with Spanish-speaking clients, assisting in cash application, supporting month-end closing activities, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining AR records, and ensuring compliance. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a global environment while providing excellent customer support.

  • Process and monitor accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer collections and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Assist in cash application and reconciliation of customer accounts.
  • Support month-end closing activities by ensuring all AR transactions are recorded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and disputes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date AR records in financial systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Accounts Receivable Associate position brings a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; any prior internship or experience in finance would be advantageous. Proficiency in Spanish is essential for this role as you will be interacting with Spanish-speaking clients. Strong analytical skills coupled with good communication abilities will enable you to excel in this role. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle would be beneficial.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Openness to fresh graduates; prior internship or experience in finance is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interact with global clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
