Our client is seeking a highly skilled RTR Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a global environment, with the chance to interact with teams across multiple countries. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to the efficiency and performance of the RTR function, working closely with both local management and global headquarters. What you'll do:

As an RTR Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance and efficiency of our client's RTR function. Your responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive journals, reconciliation reports, and accounting analysis reports. You will also collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including the Global Process Manager, Performance Improvement Team, and IT members. Your understanding of systems and tools will be crucial in driving desired business results.

  • Monitor and manage the performance and efficiency of the RTR function
  • Prepare journals, reconciliation reports, accounting analysis report to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions
  • Work towards meeting and improving KPI targets
  • Collaborate with Global Process Manager and Performance Improvement Team on regular end-to-end process reviews
  • Report to and work with Team Lead as well as other internal stakeholders
  • Work with IT member to transition from manual journal and manual matched transaction to auto journal and auto matched items
  • Understand the systems and tools to derive desired business results

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this RTR Analyst position brings a minimum of two years' experience within a shared service environment. A Bachelor's degree or professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA/MIA are preferred. Experience in finance ERP systems, particularly SAP system, is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, and databases are essential for success in this role. Exposure to process migration and process improvement would be advantageous.

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience within shared service environment
  • Bachelor Degree or other professional qualifications like CPA/ACCA/MIA preferred
