What you'll do:
As a Business Analyst (FP&A), you will play a crucial role in assisting the Senior Business Analyst in providing finance business partnering to the Australia and New Zealand market. Your daily tasks will involve working closely with the ANZ commercial team, managing AR ageing and credit control matters, and handling new customer and vendor creation processes. You will also be responsible for preparing insightful reports and analysis to support management decision making. This role requires a proactive team player who is eager to learn, develop, and drive process improvements.
- Work closely with Senior Business Analyst and the ANZ commercial team for day-to-day finance business partnering responsibilities
- Assist in weekly sales & contribution margin forecast
- Assist in monthly P&L forecast and onward submission to various systems such as Anaplan and SAC
- Assist in updating monthly business performance review deck or any other presentation slides as required
- Involve in annual planning process
- Manage AR ageing and credit control matters
- Handle new customer and vendor creation process
- Prepare insightful reports and analysis to support management decision making, highlighting significant trends/issues, and recommending actions
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Business Analyst (FP&A) position will bring a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Business along with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. You should have working knowledge in SAP and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is a proactive team player with a passion to learn and develop. Your critical thinking skills will enable you to solve problems strategically while your good interpersonal skills will allow you to influence others using facts and data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Business
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
