What you'll do:
As a Financial Accounting Lead, your role will be pivotal in driving the financial functions of the company. You will collaborate with management to establish clear performance standards and objectives, aligned with the overall strategic direction of the business unit. Your excellent leadership skills will inspire your team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. You will also oversee day-to-day operations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, you will serve as a reliable backup for every team member, stepping in to assist with one or more accounting operation tasks when needed.
- Collaborate with management to establish clear performance standards and objectives

- Engage business management to ensure business needs are met
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentoring to team members
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements

What you bring:
As the ideal candidate for the Financial Accounting Lead position, you bring an appropriate accounting degree with more than 8 years of relevant working experience. Your experience includes at least one year leading, developing, and coaching teams. You possess an in-depth understanding of various financial modules of Oracle or any ERP system. Your strong analytical skills are complemented by your proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively work with people throughout the region.
- An appropriate accounting degree with more than 8 years relevant working experience
- Minimum 4 year experience in leading, developing and coaching teams
- In-depth understanding of various financial modules of Oracle/SAP or any ERP system
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good analytical skills
- Ability to manage workload and priorities to meet performance goals set
- Excellent communication skills
