Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Payable Manager to join their dynamic team. What you'll do:

As an Account Payable Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounts payable department. Your responsibilities will include monitoring company expenses, implementing cost-saving strategies, ensuring timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing reports on accounts payable performance. You will also be tasked with developing, implementing, and maintaining systems, procedures, and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines. Furthermore, you will provide training, guidance, and direction to staff to ensure work is performed in an efficient manner.

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable department

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports on accounts payable performance

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Account Payable Manager position brings proven experience in a similar role along with strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations. Your ability to manage large amounts of data coupled with your high degree of accuracy and attention to detail will be crucial in this role. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential as you will be interacting with various stakeholders within the organisation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel is required.

  • Proven10 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
  • Ability to manage large amounts of data
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Proficient in Mandarin speaking, reading and writing
