Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Lead who is fluent in either Thai or Korean. What you'll do:
- Lead and manage the AP and AR teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, collections, and reconciliations. Develop team members to achieve performance goals, manage workload, and ensure optimal productivity.
- Oversee the processing of vendor invoices, payments, customer invoicing, and collections, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage month-end close processes for both AP and AR, including account reconciliations and accruals.
- Identify and implement process improvements in AP and AR functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on AP and AR performance, including KPIs, aging reports, and other financial metrics. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated AP and AR issues, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
