What you'll do:
As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing credit data and financial statements, determining the degree of risk involved in extending credit. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you consult with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial transactions. You will also prepare comprehensive reports detailing the risk involved in extending credit or lending money. Your ability to evaluate customer records and recommend suitable payment plans will be key to your success in this role.
- Analyse credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit.
- Generate financial ratios, using computer programs, to evaluate customers' financial status.
- Consult with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial and credit transactions.
- Prepare reports that include the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
- Evaluate customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payment history, and purchase activity.
- Complete loan applications, including credit analyses and summaries of loan requests, and submit to loan committees for approval.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Credit Analyst position brings proven experience from a similar role within finance. Your strong knowledge of risk analysis, budgeting, forecasting coupled with proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and database software will be essential. Your excellent analytical skills will enable you to create and process financial spreadsheets effectively. Strong communication skills are also required as you'll need to present complex financial information clearly. A Degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field is necessary for this role.
- Proven experience as a Credit Analyst or similar role within finance.
- Working experience in Big 4 audit firm
- Strong knowledge of risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) and database software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
- Ability to speak, read and write in Thai is a must
