This role offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of key tasks such as managing customer master data, overseeing cash application processes, and leading collection efforts. What you'll do:

As an Order to Cash (OTC) Team Lead, your role will be pivotal in managing key financial processes within the organisation. You'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of customer master data, ensuring that cash application processes run smoothly, and leading collection efforts. Your ability to develop effective strategies for process improvement will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, your commitment to teamwork will see you collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives, while also providing necessary training and support.

  • Manage and maintain customer master data ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Oversee cash application processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Lead collection efforts, working closely with customers to ensure prompt payment
  • Develop strategies for improving OTC processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals
  • Provide training and support to team members on OTC processes

The ideal candidate for the Over-the-Counter (OTC) Team Lead position brings a wealth of experience in managing OTC processes. Your strong knowledge of cash application procedures and experience in collections will be vital in this role. Your ability to develop innovative process improvement strategies will set you apart.   • At least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Proven 7 years of experience in managing OTC processes
  • Strong knowledge of cash application procedures
  • Experience in collections and customer service
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvement strategies
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Strong training abilities and willingness to support team members
  • Experience in transition process
