A leading shared service centre is looking for a talented candidate for a PTP Manager job in Petaling Jaya. In this job, you will handle all AP related matters.

About the PTP Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all AP related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee the performance and effectiveness of the entire AP function
• Collaborate with the company's management, global headquarters, local leadership, and business units to provide regular updates and collaborate on initiatives
• Effectively manage multiple initiatives, ensuring the timely and budget-complaint completion of projects
• Fulfil the mission and objectives of the managed department
• Prioritise personal ongoing self-development and professional growth

To succeed in this PTP Manager role, you must have the ability to manage the PTP team and strong knowledge of PTP functions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of seven years' work experience in P2P functions, SSC experience is preferred
• Minimum of four years' leadership experience in management or supervisory positions
• Degree/diploma in Finance and Accounting/Commerce or equivalent; professional qualifications is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of SAP accounting system, or other relevant ERP systems
• Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
