About the O2C Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) - Multiple Headcounts Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all AR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the collection activities of the country assigned
• Set credit limits for customers, liaising with country sales management, credit control and other management parties
• Provide qualitative information to management regarding overdue debt
• Drive improvement in overdue debt and collection effectiveness
• Update credit management system
• Participate in standard reporting cycle and ad hoc reports

To succeed in this O2C Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) - Multiple Headcounts role, you must have the ability to handle O2C operational tasks and a strong understanding of the O2C/AR function.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of three years' work experience in the treasury, accounting, finance functions, SSC experience is preferred
• Degree/diploma in finance and accounting/commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP system - SAP (must have)
• Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills in Vietnamese language
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong analytical skill
