A Tax Assistant Manager job has become available to join the growing team of a leading SSC.
About the Tax Assistant Manager Role: In this role, you will be responsible for managing all tax-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and review of the company's federal tax returns
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the efficiency of company tax procedures
Oversee and facilitate income tax audits, including preparing responses and generating schedules
Provide assistance with various internal audits and special projects related to taxation
Conduct reviews of tax returns and quarterly/yearly tax forecasts
To succeed in this Tax Assistant Manager role, you must have the ability to handle tax related tasks and a strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxes.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of eight years of work experience in the tax, accounting, finance functions, SSC experience is preferred
Degree/diploma in finance and accounting/commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications is an advantage
Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance and SEA local reporting documents
Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, self-motivated with strong analytical skills
