An R2R Manager has become available to join the growing team of a leading global SSC.

About the R2R Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all R2R related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the performance and efficiency of the R2R function
• Review journals, reconciliation reports, accounting analysis report to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions
• Work together with other relevant teams on improvement initiatives
• Understand the systems and tools to derive the desired business results

To succeed in this R2R Manager role, you must have the ability in handling R2R related tasks and a strong understanding of the R2R/GL function

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of six years of work experience in the accounting, finance functions, SSC is preferred; with a minimum of three years of team management skills
• Degree/diploma in finance and accounting/commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Great exposure to ERP system, SAP is preferred
• Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
