An O2C Manager job has become available to join the growing team at a newly set-up SSC.
About the O2C Manager Role: In this role, you will be responsible for managing all O2C/AR related matters.
Act as first level escalation for the O2C team
Prioritise individual and O2C member workload to ensure critical tasks are completed
Manage the receivable collections and remittance processing
Manage customer deductions/claims and maintain claim register accurately
Manage detailed investigations and full customer account reconciliations
Prepare weekly/monthly AR customer ageing, AR dashboard, overdue report and claim report
To succeed in this O2C Manager role, you must have the ability in handling O2C related tasks and a strong understanding of the O2C function.
Minimum of six years of work experience in the accounting, finance functions, SSC will be preferred; with minimum of three years of team management experience
Degree/diploma in finance and accounting/commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications is an advantage
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Great exposure to ERP system, SAP is preferred
Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
