An O2C Manager job has become available to join the growing team at a newly set-up SSC.

About the O2C Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all O2C/AR related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as first level escalation for the O2C team
• Prioritise individual and O2C member workload to ensure critical tasks are completed
• Manage the receivable collections and remittance processing
• Manage customer deductions/claims and maintain claim register accurately
• Manage detailed investigations and full customer account reconciliations
• Prepare weekly/monthly AR customer ageing, AR dashboard, overdue report and claim report

To succeed in this O2C Manager role, you must have the ability in handling O2C related tasks and a strong understanding of the O2C function.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of six years of work experience in the accounting, finance functions, SSC will be preferred; with minimum of three years of team management experience
• Degree/diploma in finance and accounting/commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Great exposure to ERP system, SAP is preferred
• Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
