About the Global RTR Process Owner Role: In this position, you will play a crucial role in setting, driving, implementing, and measuring the RTR roadmap programmes.
Lead and promote regional compliance to global processes and solution standards
Review and approve regional end-to-end business requirements and submit regional changes to global solutions to the GPO processes for review and approval
Follow the enterprise process governance framework and partners with the process leadership team to implement the future state policies, processes, solutions, and work locations
Ensure (RTR process relevant) alignment with key strategic projects
Lead and support the transformation to a process-based organisation
Act in a consulting support role for the RTR process stream on regional strategic projects
Initiate, support/lead process standardisation and improvement projects
Develop and lead RTR process stream governance model (e.g., meetings, reporting to key stakeholders)
Ensure end-to-end RTR process catalogue, as well as respective business requirements, process maps, DTPs, risk and control matrixes are up to date
Synchronise process improvement plans with the Process Manager in the value chain and other interfacing processes
To succeed in this Global RTR Process Owner role, you will need to have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Confident in yourself and your skills and can demonstrate that in front of a crowd
Communicate smoothly and to the point in English
A critical thinker who likes to challenge the status quo and are not stressed to formulate action plans and conclusions for management
Able to liaise between different GBS teams and technology at senior levels and provide strong negotiation skills to reach workable solutions
Ideally with three to five years of relevant experience within a GBS finance environment
Ideally managed and completed local or global improvement or change projects in cooperation with cross-functional project teams
Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or relevant professional qualification
