A leading shared service centre is looking for a driven candidate for a Vendor Master Data Management Specialist (Multiple Headcounts) job in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all VDM-related matters.

About the Vendor Master Data Management Specialist (Multiple Headcounts) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all VMD-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain vendor master data records in accordance with policies
• Work together with the procurement team to facilitate the on-boarding process for new vendors
• Assist in evaluating vendor performance data
• Generate and distribute reports on vendor master data accuracy
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve data management processes

To succeed in this Vendor Master Data Management Specialist (Multiple Headcounts) role, you must have the ability to handle all VDM-related tasks.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of two years' work experience in the VDM, procurement functions, SSC experience is preferred
• Degree/diploma in Finance and Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP system
• Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong analytical skills
