A Statutory Reporting Manager job has become available at a leading SSC to join the growing team.

About the Statutory Reporting Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all statutory reporting and compliance related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance general accounting processes and drive automation
• Approve manual journals during month end
• Review monthly balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analysis
• Prepare month-end reporting package, including SOX compliance reporting
• Perform quality review tasks to ensure the accuracy of financial statements according to US GAAP and compliance with internal policies
• Support external and internal audits to ensure compliance with required controls

To succeed in this Statutory Reporting Manager role, you must have the ability to handle compliance and review matters and a strong knowledge of the US GAAP.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of six years of work experience in the accounting or finance function, with external audit experience is preferred
• Degree/diploma in finance and accounting/commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Great exposure to ERP system
• Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
