A leading shared service centre is seeking a talented P2P Manager - Invoice Processing in Petaling Jaya. In this job, you will handle all P2P related matters.
About the P2P Manager - Invoice Processing Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all P2P related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure payment policies, process flows and procedures are updated as per company guidelines
- Prepare and perform reconciliation of payable accounts
- Deliver training to team members
- Provide guidance to the team members
- Assist the Process Head with journal review processes and troubleshoot month-end close issues
To succeed in this P2P Manager - Invoice Processing role, you must have the ability to handle P2P operational tasks and a strong understanding of the P2P function.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of six years of work experience in the P2P function, SSC experience is preferred
- Minimum of five years of team management experience
- Degree/diploma in finance and accounting/commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Great communication skills, leadership skills and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
