A leading SSC is looking for a talented Senior AP Accountant in Kuala Lumpur. In this job, you will handle all PTP-related matters.
About the Senior AP Accountant Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all P2P-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices accordingly
- Prepare and process payments
- Work closely with the treasury team to arrange for release of payments
- Ensure all payments executed are recorded accurately and on a timely basis
- Reconcile vendor statements, investigate, and correct discrepancies
- Respond and engage to all queries from all stakeholders
To succeed in this Senior AP Accoutant role, you must have the ability in handling PTP operational tasks and a strong understanding of the PTP function.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of four years of work experience in a PTP function, SSC is preferred
- Degree/Diploma in Finance and Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
