AP Team Lead

A newly setup shared services centre is looking for a talented candidate to take on an AP Team Lead job in Kuala Lumpur. In this job, you will handle all AP operational related matters.

About the AP Team Lead Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all PTP related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure supplier invoices, payments and reports are completed accurately and timely according to company guidelines and Internal Control System (ICS) framework
• Monitor KPI for invoice processing and define action plan to achieve KPIs
• Conduct performance review and address non-performance issues
• Support in preparing monthly cash forecast for treasury purpose
• Identify, develop and implement best practice procedures for the PTP area

To succeed in this AP Team Lead role, you must have the ability in handling PTP operational tasks and a strong team management skills.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of four years' working experience in the PTP function
• Degree/diploma in Finance and Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong team management skills
• Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
