A newly set-up SSC is looking for a talented AP Specialist in Kuala Lumpur. In this job, you will handle all accounts payable related matters.
About the AP Specialist role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all AP related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for AP journal booking, invoice processing, T&E, AP closing and other AP related activities
- Review vendor invoices and perform invoice matching
- Review payment detail against payment terms
- Review AP reconciliation, aging report and other financial reports
- Support in migration and process improvement projects across APAC regions
To succeed in this role, you must have at least three years of work experience in P2P functions, SSC is preferred.
Key Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in Finance and Accounting/Commerce or equivalent, professional qualifications is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
