Internal Control Manager

A leading shared service centre is seeking a talented Internal Control Manager in Kuala Lumpur. In this job, you will handle all internal control related matters.

About the Internal Control Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all internal control related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Manage and plan the testing across all functions
• Manage critical risks and improvement areas with the management
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on matters in regards to internal control
• Follow up on recommendations of audits and action plans
• Deploy action plans to solve deficiencies

To succeed in this Internal Control Manager role, you must have the ability in handling internal control related matters and a strong understanding of the internal control function.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of work experience in an internal control function, SSC experience is preferred
• Degree/diploma in finance and accounting/commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications is an advantage
• Strong adaptability in internal control concepts to local business operations
• Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong analytical skills
