T&E Audit Analyst

One of the global leading shared service centres is looking for a talented candidate to take on a T&E Audit Analyst job in Petaling Jaya. In this job, you will handle all travel and expenses-related matters.

About the T&E Audit Analyst Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all T&E related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate the expenses report submitted by employees
• Ensure the employees are not violating the country specific T&E policies
• Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance to company policies and procedures
• Acquire end-to-end understanding of T&E audit workflow, audit operation and identify any gap during the process
• Drive continuous improvement and standarisation/simplifications across the global T&E audit process

To succeed in this T&E Audit Analyst role, you must have the ability in handling T&E matters and knowledge in handling audit and compliance matters.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of one year's working experience in the T&E or AP function, with SSC experience is preferred
• Degree/diploma in Finance and Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
