An exciting OTC Team Lead job has become available at a world-leading logistics company in Bandar Enstek, Seremban.
About the OTC Team Lead Role:
The OTC Team Lead will lead and manage the OTC (AR) transactional processing team to deliver excellent service quality to customers in accordance with established processes and work procedures and ensuring all AR transactional processing meet or exceed the agreed service levels and targets.
- Process all AR transactions within the stipulated timeframe, also ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain good rapport with country representatives
- Ensure month-end closing activities related to AR are executed on a timely basis
- Ensure quality assurance and control processes are in place
- Establish/document SOP and ensure all process documentations are updated
- Map out process flows and identify key control points to ensure a robust process is in place
- Guide and mentor the team in performing their daily operations such as performing account reconciliations and metrics reporting, review of the account reconciliations, timely resolution of aged open and reconciling items
To succeed in this OTC Team Lead role, you will need to have a diploma/degree in accounting and/or currently pursuing professional qualifications with relevant work experience.
- Meticulous, results-oriented, motivated, resourceful, self-starter, ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team and take on new tasks
- Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders
- Green belt certification is highly desirable
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness
