Chief Transformation Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chief Transformation and Strategy Officer to join a highly respected, publicly listed company based in Kuala Lumpur. This large-cap organization has over 20 years of proven history and a strong market presence. They are undergoing a transformation phase which is both challenging and exciting.

What you'll do:

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and optimal resource allocation.
• Oversee corporate strategy formulation, business development, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage major Group-wide projects through effective planning, governance, execution, and PMO frameworks.
• Establish change management frameworks to support adoption of transformation programs and drive cultural change aligned with the company's values.
• Evaluate investment proposals, oversee due diligence, and optimize Group assets for long-term value creation.

What you bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Economics
• At least 18 years of progressive experience with over 10 years spent in managing senior stakeholders
• Proven expertise in corporate strategy formulation, transformation governance structures, PMO methodologies, business development initiatives or investment management within complex organisations.
• Demonstrated capability in managing multifaceted projects such as expansions, investments, divestments or technology system rollouts involving diverse stakeholder groups.
