About the Finance Transformation Lead (on-site) Role:
In this position, you will play a crucial role in the organisation's ERP system change and financial migration process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the financial migration and conversion process for all legal entities within the organisation
• Collaborate with local accounting teams to identify and resolve legacy system issues and conduct necessary clean-up tasks prior to migration
• Perform GL account mapping between the old and new systems, ensuring alignment with business finance team's requirements and standards
• Thoroughly verify and reconcile account balances for AP/AR/GL/fixed assets and inventory balances by conducting meticulous reviews of both automated and manual reports before uploading data into the target system
• Take charge of maintaining master data management tables, such as cost centres, new GL accounts creation, and fixed asset cost centres, to support accurate financial data integration
• Perform post-load validations to ensure exact financial reconciliation between the source and target systems, including the trial balance
• Collaborate with migration experts to enhance the load process through the implementation of automated checks and efficient automation in the upload procedure
• Support the business process expert in the SAP roll-out project in the APAC region with tasks such as but not limited to training of key and end users, supporting unit and user acceptance testing, user support during hypercare

To succeed in this Finance Transformation Lead (on-site) role, you will need to have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Experience with financial migrations and conversions within complex ERP (SAP) environments is a strong plus
• In-depth knowledge of financial conversion methodologies
• Experience with utilising automation tools to streamline data upload procedures
• Knowledge of SAP FICO module is a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions during migration and conversion processes
• Proactive mindset to identify potential challenges and address them proactively
• The project-based nature of this job requires a high degree of flexibility of working hours, collaborating with people in different time-zones
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with local accounting teams and migration experts
• A team player who can work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
