Reporting to the APAC CFO, you will be instrumental in simplifying complex processes and accelerating our transformation programme.

What you'll do:

As the APAC Finance Transformation Lead, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's finance function.

• Lead the design and execution of significant finance transformation programmes locally and align them with group finance transformation objectives.
• Influence the Finance target operating model strategy, determining how best to structure delivery to meet changing business needs.
• Manage the finance project portfolio, ensuring projects contribute to strategic Finance objectives and priorities.
• Allocate resources across our project portfolio, balancing between maintaining operations and optimising quality outcomes on projects.
• Manage interdependencies between projects and service providers to minimise conflict, project debt, and delay.
