Account Executive

An exciting Account Executive (WFH Basis) job has just become available at a renowned MNC. This company is looking for an individual with three to five years working experience in a similar industry.

About the Account Executive (WFH Basis) Role:
Reporting directly to Financial Controller, this role is ultimately responsible for the transactional level work within a growing business, with an ability to communicate effectively with the management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist with month-end tasks and assist in external/internal audits related matters
• Create new customers/suppliers in ERP system according to company's manual and SOP
• Manage new vendor verification (call, email, to verify bank details, etc.)
• Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by the Financial Controller
• Support the finance team with ad hoc analysis

To succeed in this Account Executive (WFH Basis) role, you must have the ability to work independently and communicate well in English.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in accountancy or ACCA/CIMA/chartered accountant with at least three to five years of accounting and finance work experience
• Experiences with the preparation of a full set of accounts
• Good communication skills and able to speak well in English
• Able to show initiative and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Able to challenge the status quo and assist with process improvements
