AR Executive (WFH Basis)

An exciting AR Executive (WFH Basis) job has just become available at a renowned MNC. This company is looking for an individual with three to five years' working experience in a similar industry.

About the AR Executive (WFH Basis) Role:
Reporting directly to Financial Controller, this role is ultimately responsible for the transactional level work within a growing business, with an ability to communicate effectively with the management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily bank transactions processing, payment allocation and generating sales invoices
• Generate weekly customer statements and liaise closely with sales department and customers on the payment progress, potential bad debts
• Respond to email requests to send copies of invoices not received
• Monthly vendor statement reconciliation
• Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by Financial Controller/Finance Director
• Assist with month-end tasks as set in month end timetables

To succeed in this AR Executive (WFH Basis) role, you must have the ability to communicate well with customers on payment collections.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in accountancy or ACCA/CIMA/chartered accountant with at least three to five years of accounting and finance working experience
• Good communication skills and ability to speak well in English
• Ability to show initiative and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to challenge the status quo and assist with process improvement
