In addition to handling statutory filings like SST submissions or tax computations, you will monitor cash flow activities alongside budgeting and forecasting tasks. Maintaining accurate records is essential for this role; your organisational skills will ensure all documentation is properly filed for audit purposes. You will also provide valuable support to management through detailed financial analysis reports that inform strategic decisions. Success in this position requires meticulous attention to detail combined with strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments.

  • Manage the full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger entries, and bank reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and ensure timely submission to management.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes by coordinating documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, local tax regulations, and company policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and external stakeholders to facilitate audits and statutory filings efficiently.
  • Prepare SST submissions, tax computations, and other statutory filings while keeping records organised for easy access.
  • Monitor cash flow activities as well as budgeting and forecasting processes to support management decision-making.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
