About the Senior Executive, General Ledger Role:
As the Senior Executive, General Ledger, you will mainly be involved in handling the general ledger related matters for the company based in Bangsar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the full spectrum of GL function to maintain full set of accounts
• Account for performing monthly closing of accounts and variance analysis
• Prepare annual audited accounts
• Prepare tax and deferred tax computation
• Prepare yearly budget and forecast and perform financial analysis for management review
• Account for updating of fixed asset register
• Ensure completeness of accruals, provisions and prepayments
• Estimate forecast profitability for the purpose of estimating interim tax payments
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and bankers
• Review of tender costing and commercial proposals
• Liaise with Operations Team on project status and review of project costing to ensure revenue recognition in accordance with approved accounting standards

To succeed in this Senior Executive, General Ledger role, you must be a committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Requirements:

• At least a professional certificate, bachelor's degree, postgraduate diploma or professional degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Proven track record with commercial experience, preferably with two to three years’ experience in a Big 4 audit firm
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and meticulous for details
• High integrity and able to work independently
