What you'll do:

  • Assist in implementing the firm's system of quality management by collaborating closely with various teams to ensure all processes align with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Review client acceptance and continuance procedures meticulously, ensuring that all documentation meets compliance requirements and supports responsible business practices.
  • Maintain an up-to-date client information database by coordinating with relevant departments and safeguarding data integrity for accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Provide dependable support to team members on regulatory reporting tasks, helping ensure timely submission of required documents and adherence to industry guidelines.
  • Assist in updating and enforcing the firm's quality management policies and procedures by monitoring changes in regulations and communicating updates effectively throughout the organisation.
  • Coordinate and support the conduct of training sessions on topics related to regulatory requirements and quality management standards, encouraging knowledge sharing among staff members.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to identify areas for process improvement within quality management frameworks, contributing ideas that foster efficiency and compliance.
  • Support senior management in preparing reports or presentations related to quality assurance activities, demonstrating your ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Participate actively in internal audits or reviews as needed, helping assess adherence to established policies and recommending corrective actions when necessary.


What you bring:

  • Degree or professional qualification in accounting or other relevant fields such as business administration or finance is required for this position.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in internal or external audit, compliance, legal or regulatory roles, risk management, or related fields is essential for success.
  • Prior knowledge or exposure to ISQM 1&2, ISQC 1, or other compliance/quality management frameworks would be highly beneficial for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English—both oral and written—are necessary for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with outstanding time management abilities will enable you to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proven project management skills are important for coordinating training sessions and supporting regulatory reporting activities.
  • Good people management skills are required as you will interact with colleagues at various levels during training initiatives and policy enforcement.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning new concepts and adapting quickly to changing regulations will help you thrive in this dynamic environment.
