What you'll do:
As an Internal Control Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Internal Control System Manager in managing critical risk areas within the group's departmental processes. You will be involved in reviewing SOPs, ensuring changes are implemented effectively, and acting as a gatekeeper for SAP and system portals. Your role will also involve coordinating projects involving ERP systems, ensuring they are completed within set deadlines. This position requires someone who is proficient in using Microsoft Office and has knowledge of SAP and ERP systems.
- Assist the Internal Control System Manager in addressing identified critical risk areas within the group's departmental processes.
- Participate in audit planning and programming on critical risk areas.
- Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of departments and present key improvement points.
- Follow up and ensure changes in SOPs are reflected and implemented by respective departments.
- Act as the gatekeeper on SAP and system portals or any changes.
- Ensure SAP support tickets are followed up and resolved on time.
- Assist and coordinate on any projects involving the ERP systems.
- Ensure completion and implementation of projects meet the deadline.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Internal Control Executive position should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance or related field. With at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, you should have strong knowledge of SAP and ERP systems. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office is essential. Your ability to review SOPs, identify key improvement points, coordinate projects involving ERP systems, and complete tasks within set deadlines will be crucial for success in this role. Excellent interpersonal skills are also required.
