About the Internal Audit Manager Role:
As the Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out the full spectrum of audit which includes evaluating risk area, executing audit field work and report writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for annual budget and planning based on a set of formulated review strategies and business risks of the divisions
• Assess and execute the assigned audit portfolios in accordance with group review strategies, as well as special investigation and/or confidential reviews, including guiding and coaching team members in meeting the expected deliverables
• Review and ensure all issues and recommendations are of the highest standards, appropriately profiled and effectively communicated with the internal stakeholders and regional stakeholders
• Ensure effective closure of all issues reviewed and reported and re-assess management responses to group recommendations for effective and timely implementation of agreed action plan
• Work closely with internal stakeholder to clarify business and operational issues and provide consultancy support and value-added recommendations for improvement
• Maintain good and effective relationships and liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors to keep updated with developments in the division and leverage each other for an effective and efficient review effort
• Keep abreast with professional development and regulatory requirement to contribute towards enhancement of group methodology and global best practices

To succeed in this Internal Audit Manager role, you must be a high-energy, responsive, detail-oriented, and experienced leader with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, operational, and people skills.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business/Finance/Accounting/Investment/Economics
• At least five years of work experience
• Big 4 experience is an advantage
• Strong negotiation skills with a good understanding of current market practices
• Team player with strong interpersonal and project management skills, resourceful, and able to deliver results under tight deadlines
• Written and verbal proficiency in English
• Good presentation and writing skills
