An exciting GM/ Chief Integrity Officer job has just become available at one of the GLCs based in Petaling Jaya. Reporting to the Group CEO, you will be a part of the dynamic team.
About the GM/ Chief Integrity Officer Role:
You will be responsible for assisting the business unit to meet their objectives and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing integrity awareness plans and ensuring compliance to the systems, procedures and policies
- Checking and verifying information regarding fraud and corruption from sources
- Preparing a summary report to be submitted to relevant external and/or internal parties
- Strategising, developing and implementing the Integrity framework and ensure it is effective to raise the level of integrity among the staff
- Identifying weaknesses and strengthen existing systems, procedures, and regulations
To succeed in this GM/ Chief Integrity Officer role, you must have at least 15 - 20 years of work experience in the integrity and compliance field.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, Economics or Finance
- Experience working in a large organisation and has been involved in change management
- Strategic mindset and strong business acumen
- Resilient and a change management mindset
